TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THIRD PARTY SERVICES:
SustLabs Ohm Assistant on request connects its valued customers to channel partners, to render support services such as installation or inspection of the bot device connections. This is offered as an added convenience, and SustLabs shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service.
1. Amount quoted covers Standard Installation work and involves only one visit.
- Standard installation is restricted to fitting the device in the existing distribution board, and does not include added wire, box or other material or labour including added wiring, or board cutting.
- If any added labour or material requirement is determined at the time of service, an estimate would be given and the added charges directly payable & required material (wire, external box etc.) arranged.
- If additional visit required, it's chargeable as per actuals charged by the Installation partner.
2. Service Slots: Installation Partner aligns service in time slots as follows:9am to 7pm.
- Bookings are done on prior basis in advance at least 1-2 days before.
- Please note that while best efforts are made to ensure timely delivery of service, external factors such as commuting or unforeseen delays are possible.
- Please co-ordinate with the technician or coordinator of the service partner.
